Fantasy Fest Not-for Profit Liquor Lottery

Lottery to be held at Dante’s Restaurant Thursday, September 29, at 5:00 pm

 

A lottery to determine who will have the coveted opportunity to sell alcoholic beverages during Fantasy Fest will be held at Dante’s Restaurant Thursday, September 29, at 5:00 p.m.  Monroe County not-for-profits are invited to send a representative to participate in the drawing.  A total of ten booth spaces are available; five for the Friday, October 28, Street Fair and five for the Saturday, October 29, Promenade and Parade.  Now is the chance for local not-for-profits to raise money during Fantasy Fest 2011, “Aquatic Afrolic”. In order to participate in the lottery, not-for-profits must be registered and must show a copy of their 501(c)3 paperwork at the lottery.  Applications will be available at the entry, and information about liquor sales, pick-up locations, prices and taxes will be presented.
